Do you think that those who have achieved something great in their lives are always in a good state of mind? Or if I put it in other words, do you think they always stay motivated in their life??
The answer is a big NO!! Please understand one thing that no person can stay motivated every time in their life. Everyone has to face tough times and yes, all do face it. They become successful only by staying positive in these tough times.
So in this article I would just tell you all some life truths that you might have heard somewhere. Or if you are hearing (reading I mean) it for the first time, then it’s good. Do read it till the end.
Now all of you have gone through those times when you are eagerly waiting for your results. Let it be class 10th or 12th results or JEE/NEET results or any such results. You might feel that those who top and come in the merit are really very brilliant. These people always stay motivated towards their exams that’s why they have achieve this feat!!
Sorry to say but this is really not the case, in fact they do get demotivate at times. They do get frustrate and they also loose all hope at times. It’s suppose to be like this only but, you cannot be with these emotions for more than a day or few hours. You have to recollect yourself and get over it as soon as possible. Because you have to achieve a lot in your life. These small things cannot and shouldn’t become a barrier in your path.
There will be times when you will feel very low, then instead of going through these emotions. Just sit down for a while and let all your thoughts come to a standstill. Be like that for a few minutes and just think for what are you struggling right now. Just imagine if you do not struggle right now, then somebody else would take away your chance/seat, and then I am sure you will get over that mood and will be again ready for your journey.
One more way to get over this is to go to YouTube and watch some good comedy videos or watch any of your favorite movies or any new movie or binge on your favorite show. This would make you feel much better than before. One way is to just go on to some motivation channels on any platform and watch some videos on that or listen to any podcasts to make you feel better.
Otherwise one of the best way would be to go and play outside with your friends and if friends are not available then just take your bicycle out and go for a long ride or talk to any of your old friends to whom you haven’t contacted for a long time.
I hope all these methods which I have mentioned regarding getting out of boredom/low feelings/no motivation etc., would help you a lot, next time when you go through these emotions and just keep working towards your goal.
